Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal contract between you and Nexitally VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or its related marks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users where appropriate. You are responsible for protecting your device and account credentials; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken security and affect normal App operation.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When those features are used, the terms of the relevant third-party providers may also apply.
Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network connection, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device bills, data caps, poor signal quality, or local network restrictions. Mobile data and international roaming charges are your responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. Losses caused by device battery depletion, system restrictions, third-party platform changes, or external data source changes are not covered by compensation. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate the App service when required; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
