We operate the Service on an as-is basis and apply data minimization and privacy safeguards within the scope of this policy.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect operational data needed to keep the Service working, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, session duration, and approximate location. This information is used for: 1. Route recommendation: matching your location with Nexitally VPN node availability; 2. Performance optimization: identifying regional congestion or failures through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service communication: sending security notices, maintenance updates, or subscription-related messages through your registered email or username when necessary.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, feature improvement, and basic operations. Except for legal procedures, mandatory regulatory requests, protection of users or property, fraud investigation, or cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, we do not share your personal information with third parties. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device standard process.

Data you provide is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account early and delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as possible. Guardians may also contact us through the same email address.
